Life can just be so crap sometimes - Simon was such a lovely bloke to work with and know as a friend to bump into on the train - we worked together for 10 years at YF and he was always patient and balanced whilst having incredible knowledge and understanding. Everyone in our organisation felt the same about Simon - what a fantastic bloke and so so sad he died far too soon.

He was so committed to getting things right for Leeds through full and rounded insights, but this was never dry: always with humour and creativity.
